Q: Can I return or exchange my purchase if it doesn't fit or there's something wrong with it?
A: No. Due to the nature of consignment, we cannot return or exchange online or in-store purchases.

Q: Is everything in store posted online?
A: We only post a small selection of high quality brand name items online. We will always have a wider selection of items available in store.

Q: Can I try on an item that is online?
A: All of our items that are posted online are also available in store for try on. To determine which store the item is stored at refer, to the item title where you will see an * with a letter. *A means that the item is available for try on in Avenida. *I means that an item is available for try on in Inglewood. We cannot hold items that are online so check to see if it’s still available before coming to store for try on.

Q: I am consignor at one of your locations, can I use my on account credit towards an online purchase?
A: No, unfortunately on account credit can only be used in store.

Q: Can I get loyalty points for my online purchase?
A: No, you can only get loyalty point for in-store purchases.
